Built by a working tour manager

The whole run.
One screen.

Made on the road for small and mid-size tours. It covers what a TM actually does every day, and it's simple enough that the artist will actually open it.

My TM Buddy on desktop: the Today screen with the day's schedule, what needs attention, and the weather on the road
Artist view on iPhone: today's schedule with radio session, lobby call and show times
01 / Artist view

One schedule your artist will actually read.

Switch to Artist view and the day becomes simple: lobby call, radio, soundcheck, set time, with the hotel and venue a tap away in Maps. Send it to the whole team by email or calendar in one click.

  • Pick "Everyone" or a single person's schedule
  • Calendar feed that updates itself when plans change
  • Email every traveler their own itinerary and PDF
  • Reminders before every call time on iPhone

02 / Show day

Guest lists, set lists & advancing. Locked in.

Every show has its own guest list with allotments and a lock, a set list built from your song library, and an advance checklist so nothing slips. Print the day sheet and go.

  • Send the guest list to the promoter in one tap, with notes for photographers and early arrivals
  • Guest allotments per person, cutoff time, CSV for box office
  • Set lists from your song library, with keys, BPM and a big-print PDF
  • Advance checklist per show, with who owns each item
  • Day sheets for any day of the run, with no prices on them

03 / Travel

Search it, compare it, book it.

Set each person's home airport and allowed airlines once. Search live fares for every leg, compare fare types side by side, and jump straight to the airline's checkout with the flight already picked. Hotels work the same way, with prices from every booking site.

  • Live fares filtered to the airlines you actually fly
  • Basic vs. Main vs. Refundable, with bag fees, before you book
  • Hotels with photos, ratings and every site's price
  • Live flight status on travel days: delays, gates and terminals
A flight's booking options: Basic Economy, Main Cabin and Refundable fares with bag fees, each with a Book with the airline button
04 / Map & drive times

The whole run on a map.

Venues, hotels and airports pinned in order. Drive time from hotel to venue on every show, and what's nearby when someone needs a pharmacy at 1am.

  • Tour map with every stop in order
  • Hotel-to-venue drive or walk time on every show
  • What's nearby: food, coffee, pharmacy and more
  • Tap any address to open Apple or Google Maps
Tour map with venues across the West Coast
05 / Weather

Know what's coming before you land.

Every city on the run gets a 7-day forecast built around its show day, right on the Today screen. Pack for the rain in Portland before you leave Phoenix.

  • The days around each show, with the show day highlighted
  • Highs, lows and chance of rain at a glance
  • °F or °C, your call
  • Updates on its own as the forecast changes
Weather on the road: a 7-day forecast for Seattle, Portland, San Francisco and Los Angeles with each show day highlighted
06 / Travel stats

Your year in the air.

Flights, miles, hours in the air and hotel nights for the whole touring party, with every route drawn on a map. Then add your calendar and every tour flight shows up in Flighty on its own.

  • Routes flown, drawn on Apple Maps
  • Miles, hours, airports and airlines per person or the whole crew
  • Hotel stays, nights and cities
  • Calendar feed that Flighty and Apple Calendar pick up

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Do my artist and crew need to pay?

No. Only the artist's plan is billed. Crew logins are always free and unlimited: they see their own itinerary and reservations, and can send you change requests. Editors (who plan and book) are 2 on Free and unlimited on the Artist plan. They get a free login and can view the schedule in a browser or the app without paying anything.

How does the free trial work?

The Free plan is free forever. When you want unlimited editors, runs and searches, start the Artist plan with 7 days free. A card is needed to start, and the first charge ($29, or $249 yearly) happens on day 8. We show you the exact date. Cancel any time before then and you pay nothing.

Does it work without signal?

Yes. Once you've opened a tour, the schedule, hotels and show details are saved on your device, so they open in a basement green room or on a plane. Changes sync when you're back online.

What counts as a search?

One flight leg search or one hotel search. Looking up a flight you already booked counts as one. The Artist plan includes unlimited searches. Everything else is unlimited on every plan.

Can I manage several artists?

Yes. Add as many artists as you manage. Each has its own crew, runs and plan, and you switch between them from one login.

Where does our travel info live?

In an encrypted database in the US. Sensitive IDs like Known Traveler and Global Entry numbers are visible only to that person and the artist's manager. See the privacy policy.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from Account & plan in one click. You keep the Artist plan until the end of the period you've paid for, then drop to Free. Your data stays.
